3/25 Editing my review: I spoke to Christiana today and she was very helpful. She said there was no balance due on my dental account and I should not pay the amount that is listed under my insurance balance. She does not know where that money will go and assured me I did not have a balance with them which is a relief. ------ 3/24 WARNING: Misleading Billing Practices and Lack of Transparency I chose this office based on their high ratings after moving to the area, and while the staff and hygienists are personally very kind, I am deeply concerned by their business and billing model. Over three visits, I encountered consistent issues with "surprise" charges and insurance overbilling: January 2026: Was told I didn't need a deep cleaning but was upsold to a mid-tier service that cost $320 out of pocket, despite having insurance. March 2026 (Consultation): I was referred to an in-house specialist. The "consultation" lasted less than five minutes only for the specialist to tell me I didn't need treatment. Regardless, they billed my insurance $243 and charged me an additional $55. March 2026 (Cleaning): I returned for what I assumed was a routine cleaning. At check-in, I was blindsided by another $320 charge. When I questioned why a "treatment plan" required $320 every 3-4 months, this was out of my financial scope and chose to leave. Despite not receiving a cleaning, they billed my insurance $112 for an "office visit." I have never experienced a dental office so unforthcoming about costs. I have attempted to call to rectify these charges, but have yet to receive a return call. Proceed with caution and double-check your EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) if you visit.

Fast, fun, and friendly!

I had such a great experience with this dental office and their amazing staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. A special thank you to Leda Lodin, R.D.H., who truly went above and beyond during my visit. Not only was she kind and professional, but she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained everything clearly before starting, so I always knew exactly what to expect, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout the entire appointment. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here. The combination of friendliness, attentiveness, and clear communication made this one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients.
